Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: High-volume periods, holidays, or unexpected carrier delays may extend processing times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and the shipping method you choose.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or external factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally.
Please be aware:

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in our shipping charges.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Lost packages due to address errors
  • Additional shipping fees required for reshipment

If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delayed deliveries

If your package shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We can assist with filing a claim if needed.
