All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Wrong item ordered
  • Delayed shipping or carrier issues
  • Discounted or sale items

All purchases are final once an order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Items (If Applicable)

Although we do not accept returns, we will make an exception only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos showing the damage/defect and the packaging.
  • We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement of the same item.

Replacements are not guaranteed and are subject to product availability.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Packages lost by the carrier
  • Package theft

Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Cancellations

We may allow cancellations only within 1 hour of your purchase.
After that time, your order will begin processing and cannot be canceled.
